•  We advise securing your tour reservation well in advance,

 as seat assignments are determined according to your 

preferences at the time of booking.

• During travel, at every stop, hand rails and other high touch surfaces are sanitized regularly as well as every night the entire inside of the bus is sanitized.

• All tour buses are equipped with seat belts for every passenger.

• We encourage you to bring hand sanitizer/wipes, anything you feel would make your tour more comfortable.

• You are permitted to bring 1 large suitcase (goes in storage compartment under the bus) and 1 carry on bag (overhead storage above your seat) per person.

• Luggage handling is NOT included in your tour package, however if you require assistance, a member of our staff will be more than happy to help you at anytime.

• Please refrain from wearing strong scented products or eating/carrying peanut products on the bus due to possible allergies.
  
• No consuming of alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted on the bus at any time.

• As we all ride along on our way to our tour destination, the bus stops  every 2-3 hours for washroom, snack/lunch breaks.  There is a washroom on the bus as well as 5 DVD monitors, cup holders, 120V plug-ins, individual climate control/lighting and more.

• No standing on the bus while the bus is in motion is permitted at anytime.

• If planning to take some pictures on the bus of the sights, please have your camera flash set to OFF.

• Pictures will not turn out with a flash against the window and also it is distracting and potentially dangerous for the bus driver at night.

• Free time on your tour-   There is scheduled “free time”, meaning you are on your own to explore and go where u choose and do the things you want to do.   Have a plan of what you want to do.   Research attractions/shows or places of interest the area for the days/nights you are going to be there. It will greatly help you make the most of your free time and your overall tour experience.

•  Hotels:  All Hotels are 4+ star rated.  If at any time during your stay, you have questions/concerns regarding your room, please advise the front desk to assist you.

• Walking-   At certain parts of your tour, we will get off the bus and you will be  given a guided tour of some of the most famous attractions/places in the  world.   Depending on the guided tour, there may at times be substantial walking involved as part of your tour experience, whether we are strolling through central park in New York City or about to witness the Jefferson Memorial in Washington D.C, there will be walking involved in your tour experience.  If you require special assistance or have trouble walking for whatever reason, please inform us and we will do everything we possibly can to assist.

Please let us know your desired pick up location upon booking.

** Pick up locations must have no less than 10 persons being picked up to warrant a pick up.

You may be notified you may have to travel to your next closest pick up location if your selected location has less than 10 people being picked up.

•  Gratuity is not included.  Your driver & Guide play an important role in the success of your trip.  Gratuities are appreciated.  $4 /$6 each per day is recommend based on the service you receive.  Local step on guide standard gratuity is $2 per person.

•  A Passport is mandatory for all U.S bus tours.

• Custom forms will be provided and will be completed as a group on the bus prior to border entry & re-entry.

•  Please do not bring fruit or meat products with you, as you cannot take it across the border.

• Do not forget your medication, if any. Medication is to required  to remain in its originally prescribed container.

• Young Adults without Parents or Guardian must have consent form. 

• Accommodations will not be made for those denied from crossing the border or detained for any reason. And NO refund on trip.

• You can bring 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per person. Please have your name, address and phone number on your large suitcase  & also putting a ribbon or marking on your suitcase will help you identify it quickly as the suitcases are being loaded and unloaded from the bus.

• Your large suitcase MUST NOT BE LOCKED as we cross the U.S/CAN border.

• Please keep all receipts of your purchases made in the U.S in one place (Like envelope) for customs on return to Canada

• You are allowed to bring back $ 800.00 (Canadian funds) PP, including duty  free. 1.5 L. of wine or 1.14 L of Liquor or 24 x 355 ml ( 12 oz) ,  bottles/cans of beer or ale (8.5L),and 200 cigarettes, 200 tobacco sticks, 50 cigars or 50 cigarillos and 200 grams manufactured tobacco.

• If you spend 48hrs+ in the USA, you may bring back $800.00 in purchases exemptions, per person.
