** Pick up locations must have no less than 10 persons being picked up to warrant a pick up.

You may be notified you may have to travel to your next closest pick up location if your selected location has less than 10 people being picked up. 

 Booking and Payment Terms:

• $300 deposit per person required upon booking.
• Deposits and all payments are non-refundable due to contractual obligations.
• If E-Transfer is your desired payment method , please include your name and what tour you are booking for in the E-Transfer notes.
• Full payment required 60 days before departure.
• Failure to pay in full by the 60-day deadline will result in cancellation and no refund.
• Deposits and payments are non-transferable to other tours.
• Roommates will be charged accordingly if one or more persons cancel or change their reservation.
• Travel Protection is recommended.

Cancellation Policy:

If Good Time Adventure Bus Tours cancels a tour, you will receive a 100% refund.
